Membership Eligibility Membership is open to any individual person who with a mailing address in the United States who purchases from Apex Gift Foods. Members must provide a full first and last name, business name, valid mailing address, phone number and email address at the time of enrollment. Each individual may have only one (1) account. Corporations, legal entities, businesses, or any other non-persons may not enroll. Enrollment is limited to individuals. Member Responsibilities Each member is responsible for advising Apex Gift Foods of any name, email, telephone number or mailing address changes. Program Changes Apex Gift Foods reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend or discontinue any or all aspects of the Rewards program at any time with or without notice. If program is discontinued, members will be notified via: email. Points will expire 90 days after program has ended. Earning Points Upon signing up for the Rewards Program, members will receive 100 bonus points. Members will receive 1 Rewards Point for each dollar spent on Apex gourmet foods purchases. Redeeming Points For each 1000 Rewards points earned, members may redeem those for a $25 gift card. See below for a list of available gift cards from major retailers and restaurants. We cannot guarantee that all vendors listed will continue to participate in the program. Therefore, we will regularly update the list of participating vendors. Members will be notified by email on a quarterly basis regarding points earned and eligibility to earn a gift card. Members can contact Apex Gift Foods at any time for information about the status of their Rewards Program points or to redeem points and choose a gift card. Gift cards will be mailed separately. Value of Points Rewards points have no cash value. Points cannot be used to pay invoices or other unpaid balances on a customer?s account.
