  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. Items that need to be returned for any reason must be reported to Apex Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
  • Once a return has been approved, authorization and shipping labels will be mailed. Returns must be made within 30 days.
  • Customers may be asked to hold damaged product and/or shipping cartons for inspection.
  • Please count your cartons before signing. The carrier is only responsible for the number of cartons for which you sign.
